Ben’s leadership is shaped by a background defined by determination and resilience. He faced years of instability and periods of homelessness throughout his childhood, yet chose a new path by serving in both the U.S. Marines and the U.S. Army. His military service instilled structure, accountability, and a mission-driven approach that now guides Crestmark’s philosophy.
