You're probably losing money you can't see.

Most families don't lose money in the market. They lose it quietly, in the gaps between their taxes, their accounts, and their plan. We help you find it, keep it, and put it to work.

No cost. No obligation. Just clarity on what your money is doing.

What We Are

A planning firm. Not a money manager.

The typical adviser does one thing: they manage your money. The relationship becomes a portfolio and a quarterly performance update, with the plan treated as an afterthought. We work the other way around. We are retirement and financial planners first. We build the plan, then we manage money in service of it. The management matters. It is simply a tool, never the point.

The typical adviser will tune your engine and never ask where you are driving. The money is the engine. The plan is the map. We start with the map.

The Door Opener

Find the money you're losing unknowingly and unnecessarily.

Good people get bad results all the time, not because they made dumb decisions, but because no one ever showed them the whole picture. Here are three leaks we find in almost every plan.

01

Taxes you didn't have to pay

The wrong account in the wrong order, year after year, hands the IRS money that was supposed to be yours. Most of it is avoidable with planning, not products.

02

Accounts working against each other

When your investments, insurance, and plan are managed in separate silos, they quietly cancel each other out. Coordination is where the money hides.

03

Risk you're taking for free

A lot of families carry risk they are not being paid to take. We help you swap blind risk for efficiency, so growth is something you keep, not something you gamble for.

How We Help

Every part of your wealth, managed as one.

We don't sell products in boxes. We coordinate the whole picture through a virtual family office model, so every decision works with the next one instead of against it.

Financial Planning

A complete strategy that lines up your goals, your income, and the existence you're planning for.

Investment Management

Disciplined portfolios built for long-term growth and stability, designed around efficiency rather than chasing returns.

Tax Strategy

Proactive, year-round tax coordination with your CPA. Not April cleanup. Real planning that keeps more in your hands.

Estate & Legacy

We review your documents and work with your estate attorney so your wealth transfers the way you intend.

Insurance & Protection

Protection structured around your plan, including commission-based solutions only when they are truly in your best interest.

Family Governance

For families thinking generations ahead: meetings, education, and frameworks that keep everyone aligned around what matters.

One team. One plan. One point of coordination for your entire financial life.

Who We Serve

One firm. Built to meet you where you are.

The principles never change: fiduciary, coordinated, education-first. What changes is what your stage of life needs most. Choose the one that sounds like you.

Our core practice

Planning for the years that matter most

You've worked hard and saved well. The question now is whether your money is actually positioned to carry you through retirement without leaking value along the way. That's what we fix.

  • A clear plan to turn savings into income you won't outlive
  • Tax coordination so retirement doesn't cost more than it should
  • One advisor who sees the whole picture, not one slice of it

of the families we meet are carrying at least one leak they never knew existed.

Just getting started

The head start most people never get

You do not need millions to start planning. You need a plan that grows with you and someone who actually answers. We make the tech effortless, the advice plain, and the relationship something you keep for decades, not an app you download and forget.

  • An app on your phone, with a real advisor behind it
  • One plan for the whole picture: debt, savings, taxes, and goals
  • Guidance that grows as your income and your life do
Built for the long game

The earlier you start, the more the math works in your favor. We help you start now, and we stay.

For business owners

Your business is the asset. Let's protect it.

Most owners pour everything into the company and leave their personal plan for later. Later has a way of getting expensive. We coordinate the business and the household as one strategy.

  • Tax-efficient ways to pay yourself and reinvest
  • Exit and succession planning long before you need it
  • Protection for the people who depend on the business running

strategies running at once: one for the business, one for your family. We keep them aligned.

From one veteran to another

Discipline in the field. Discipline with your money.

Ben served in the Marines and the Army before building Crestmark. We understand military pay, benefits, and the transition to civilian life, and we plan with the same preparation you were trained to expect.

  • Maximizing benefits most advisors don't understand
  • A clear plan for the transition to civilian income
  • Straight answers, no jargon, no sales pitch

Private wealth advisory

For families whose wealth carries real complexity

Concentrated positions. Multiple entities. Wealth meant to last generations. When the picture is this layered, coordination is not a luxury, it is the whole job. We act as the quiet center of it all.

  • Advanced estate structures coordinated with your legal team
  • Access to institutional managers, private credit, and alternatives
  • Family governance and next-generation stewardship
By introduction

We measure success in generations, not quarters. A limited number of families, served completely.

Modern Firm. Old-Fashioned Approach.

Built on relationships. Call us old fashioned.

We are a modern, tech-driven firm with an old-fashioned approach: we are built on relationships. There is an app on your phone when you want it. The difference is what sits behind it. You get one advisor whose name you actually know, with a direct phone, a direct email, and yes, you can even text them. Ask about anything in your plan and they tell you exactly what is happening. Not a chatbot. Not a new rep every time you call. Never an AI you talk to and hope for the best. A real plan, and a real person who stays with you for your entire life.

The app-first trend

A screen that calls itself a plan

The push lately is to hand you a dashboard, route your questions to an AI, and cut down how often you reach a real person. The screen shows your investments and a few projections, then calls that a financial plan. It is not. It is a tool, and a tool cannot know your life.

Your Crestmark dashboard

The whole plan, plus a person

Log in and you see everything. Cash flow, taxes, protection, and goals all working together, not just an investment account dressed up to look like a plan. Behind it is one advisor who knows all of it and answers when you call.

A complete picture, anytime you log in. A real advisor who knows it, anytime you call. You shouldn't have to choose between the two.

Our Founder

Ben Batiste

The families we serve don't want to talk about performance every quarter. They want to know someone is paying attention to what they haven't thought to ask yet.

Before financial services, Ben served in the U.S. Marines and the U.S. Army, then spent years in federal and local law enforcement. The throughline was always the same: preparation, discipline, and protecting people who are counting on you.

He brought that to planning and earned MDRT in his first six months, reaching Court of the Table by the end of his first year. Then he left to build something on his own terms: a firm that teaches before it sells, and coordinates instead of compartmentalizes.

In The Community

Service didn't start with the firm. It started us.

A lot of firms write a check once a year and call it giving back. We show up. We organize, we volunteer, and we put our name and our time behind the causes our community counts on. It is the part of this work we are proudest of, and we think it tells you more about us than any brochure could.

Sponsor · Volunteer

Special Olympics Colorado

We sponsor and show up for the athletes, including hands-on volunteering at events through the Law Enforcement Torch Run. Our team is in it, not just behind it.

Supporter

Douglas County Veterans Memorial Fund

Honoring those who served is personal here. We support the work of preserving and building a place where our community can remember and give thanks.

Ongoing

Local Nonprofits

Beyond our headline causes, we lend time and support to other organizations doing real work close to home. If it strengthens our community, we want to be part of it.
